Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY: All collections are from our warehouse unless prior arrangement has been made with the relevant United Ceramic Imports salesperson. (Delivery arranged by United Ceramic Imports may incur additional costs). Credits for returns will be given only in the following conditions; • A copy of the invoice on which the goods were purchased must be provided. • Advice regarding intention to return goods must be received within seven (7) days of the delivery date and returned within twenty-one (21) days of the delivery date. • The goods will only be accepted by United Ceramic Imports, if they are in good condition and order, and of current stock and shade. The goods must be in full and be in the original unopened boxes/packaging. • Return of sale items, seconds/commercial quality tiles, specials and specially ordered items will not be accepted. • Claims for credits of damaged goods, incorrect or short supply must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date. No claims will be recognized after fixing. • A receipt note must be obtained from United Ceramic Imports in order to substantiate the return of goods. • Any credit for goods returned will be made at the rate equal to the purchase price, less a handling fee of 20%. • Any freight costs into United Ceramic Imports is the purchasers responsibility. • Goods in shades no longer kept in stock by United Ceramic Imports will not be accepted.
